The job vacabcy is less compared to previous year it is because of financial crisis .but actually it didnt effected much for indian companies,the companies which are connected with U.S are only effected and they are regaining thier loses but they are keeping the issue ideal beacuse they can reduce thier employee and can reject the increments of salary and can make ideal of recuritment of freshers and also they can keep the value of organisation without lose.The financial crisis is almost became calm but some organisation still have no new projects on.So job vacany is less compared to last year.
